Manual or Automated?
FurrowForce is customizable and allows you to choose your method
Don’t have a 20/20? No worries, FurrowForce can be run without a 20/20. Simply adjust the airbags to a target air pressure. Once set they will maintain that target air pressure. An air compressor and manual controller are required.
Add load cells to sense a change in density. In conjunction with the 20/20, you will be able to see the closing margin, good closing percent, and closing uniformity. See information in real time and make adjustments as needed. A Gen 3 20/20 is required.
With the addition of load cells to every row, you will be able to measure and set weights on individual rows on the 20/20 monitor from the cab. The FurrowForce system is to make automatic adjustments to meet the set point for each row.

Curved Notched Wheel
Best all around wheel. The notches provide ample fracturing and closing in most conditons.

Smooth Wheel
The smooth wheel is more effective in sandy or loose soil, or for shallow planted crops.

The dimpl wheel works well in no-till clay soil or very heavily planted cover crops.
